Heat a medium to large pan over medium heat. Beat together four large egg whites. Season with a little Kosher salt. Delicious, healthy recipe courtesy of my bff: Place chicken breast in a baking dish, cover in salsa of your choice, and bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cooked through. Garnish with cilantro (optional). Et Voila!
